Education does not commence with the learning of the alphabet and numbers. It begins with a mother's gaze, with a father's nod of appreciation or a sign of re-proof, with a sister's gentle pressure of the hand or a brother's noble act, with meadows, with birds' nests admired but not touched, with creeping ants and almost imperceptible elements, with humming bees and bee-hives, with pleasant walks in shady lanes and with a thought directed in sweet and kindly toned words to nurture the beauty, benevolence, virtues and faith in Supreme Power.
Education shapes the destiny of an individual. Education is important because it broadens our knowledge, and this knowledge then opens our minds to new perspectives, ideas, and beliefs. Moreover, the future of a nation is determined by the quality of its education in present. I wholeheartedly dedicate my life to this noble deed.
